During our day to day life, we may know many people who have successfully stopped smoking by either using their own sheer will power or for the sake of a better life or due to a doctor’s advice. Whatever the cause may be, these people either decided to completely quit smoking or switched to something less harmful to their body. If you speak to any routine smoker, they would admit that they do wish to quit smoking. It is a known fact that prolonged smoking is extremely bad for the overall health of every vital organ in a human body.

So If you are one of the people who are considering quitting cold turkey or looking for something less damaging, you may have already come across an electric cigarette or a “vape”. Vaping is something fairly recent that basically uses soluble liquid known as vape juice that is scented and flavored..

One thing is certain, vaping causing less damage to a human body than traditional tobacco products. As part of a study it was found that tobacco products including approximately 7,000 different chemicals that fall under ‘toxic’ category. This doesn’t mean that vaping is 100% safe for you. The fact to the matter is, a lot is unknown about vaping and how it effects the human body. The chemicals which formulate the vapors are yet to be considered as ‘safe’.

Another important fact is, both traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes use nicotine. Although to some varying level, but the chemical is definitely a core compound in both products and it can cause high level of addiction which can impact in the long run. Nicotine has toxic chemicals which can result in an increased adrenaline and high blood pressure. Both of which are bad for the heart and for the overall health.
